Appointments are subject to availability. While we aim to arrive on time, factors such as traffic or emergency jobs may cause delays. We will notify you if this occurs.

 

3. Emergency Call-Outs

Emergency plumbing and gas call-outs are available 24/7. After-hours rates apply. Our team will always advise of applicable charges before commencing emergency work.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Commercial clients may request account terms, subject to approval.
  • A1 Plumbing & Gas reserves the right to charge late fees on overdue invoices.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a call-out fee to cover travel and allocated time.

 

6. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we install. Our services come with:

  • A workmanship warranty (duration advised at time of service)
  • Manufacturer warranties for supplied parts and systems

Warranty may be voided if work is altered or repaired by a third party without our consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, A1 Plumbing & Gas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We accept no liability for losses caused by third-party products or force majeure events beyond our control.
